Can you please say to me where the cookies/cache of websites with P2P(PICTURE TO PICTURE) or how is called the player to view outside the page on PC/LAPTOP in WINDOWS 11? I want to see a video 📹,I mean the cache of a video from a TV stream that I couldn't see and my AMD Graphics Video card crushed. Do you understand what I'm asking? 🤔 Where are temporary stored/saved the cache of videos of the sites I see in private browser Mozilla Firefox? For the past month or so, when scrolling on Facebook, everytime I stopped momentarily to look at a post, when I continued scrolling, the post would reappear. Mildly annoying. Starting today, however, when I scroll down a few posts, it takes me back up to the top of the page. Any solutions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I used to be able to open a new tab and have it open to my standard home page. Now the only options are blank or the firefox page for a new tab. WHY??? I want to see my home page when I open a new tab.

I'd like to obtain some clarity on provenance aspects of Firefox released as a Flatpak.

I see in this article that one of the options is to use flatpak package: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux

Is this article produced / reviewed by mozilla? Is flatpak an officially trusted, backed by mozilla, means of installing firefox on a system?

On flathub one can observe the "Verified" seal which indicates that such package is developed and maintained by original package developers (in case Mozilla). One can also observe in multiple forums here and there that mozilla is the one that builds and maintain this package.

Though a seal is nice, and users opinions are ok, it would be good to have artifacts that would evidence better this relationship. Also, would be good to have this officially stated in mozilla's website, under "Download options and other languages" section, something like "you can also safely install firefox through the flatpak package available on flathub which is developed / maintained / signed by mozilla itself".

Or maybe all of this information is around and i am just not able to link it together.

'''bold text''' Good afternoon Team Firefox. OK, so over the past couple of weeks I have been getting tab crashes. After the tab crashes there appears a box from Firefox that says it will report the tab crash and then at the bottom of the info box there is the option of reconnecting or reestablishing the connection with the tab that had just crashed but nothing seems to be happening. I am not getting an indication that the issue is being looked at and I am 99% positive that no one from Firefox has been in touch with me about a permanent fix for this issue which is becoming more annoying all the time. In the past week or so it has happened around 4 or 5 times. So what can be done? I look forward to getting this issue resolved.

I cannot get the print button to work in my emails. I used to be able to close Firefox and re-open and then it would work, but today that did not work. I shut down my computer completely and still it does not work. I am attaching a snip of the screen showing the print button.

When I open Firefox these days, the window is so big that the toolbar is barely visible. I have to put the cursor in just the right little spot to pull the window down and resize it. It is NOT full screen or maximized, it just opens a huge window that's too far up on the screen. I just want to resize the default window that it opens with.

Hello, it seems that cycling through tabs in most recently used order is not working for me. I am running version 126.0.1 on Windows and I have the "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" option enabled on my settings page. I have only noticed this issue in the past week or so, and so I am wondering if this feature is broken in the most recent release and if there is anything I can do to get the feature to work again until the bug is fixed in a future version.

MacBook Pro 2021 Mac OS 14.5 Firefox 126.0.1 (64-bit) Carbon Copy Cloner 6.1.11 (7673)

I have a case of vanishing bookmarks. I quit Firefox last evening with command-Q as I’ve done a thousand times before. When I launched it this morning I was greeted with Firefox with an empty Bookmarks Toolbar and “Getting started” message. I opened a Manage Bookmarks window and everything there was empty too. I found, as well, that all of my saved UIDs and passwords were gone except for three, two of which I haven’t used in months. Weird.

Next I opened Firefox Help and found information about Troubleshooting Mode; I restarted in troubleshooting mode but nothing had changed. After restarting in normal mode, I tried Restoring Bookmarks; I chose Manage Bookmarks from the dropdown and then clicked the button in the Library window. Restore showed only one file and it was created today with only 14 items. Selecting Choose File… showed Desktop with Old Firefox Data highlighted. In that folder was only w34y3u9y…628 folder. From there I selected bookmarkbackups and the only file there was bookmarks-2024-06-06_11…lz4, a file created at 3:33 today. I found the key4.db file and it was created at 3:33 today.

I have Carbon Copy Cloner and use it for a weekly backup to a remote SSD drive. There are a year's-worth or so of weekly backups on that device. I tried trashing Firefox and reinstalling it from last week’s backup. While this worked, it didn’t solve the issue; it was still like a fresh copy of Firefox with no bookmarks.

I’m hopeful that I can restore the bulk of the lost bookmarks from CCC but I have no clue as to which files/folders to restore and I don’t want to guess. If you think this is possible, please tell me which files or folders to replace. Should I delete the files to be replaced from the current system and if so where are they located? I’m comfortable using Terminal for basic purposes but need explicit directions for entering commands and navigating to locations or files.

I cannot access grocery coupons from Ralphs Market. When I try, I receive the message: Secure Connection Failed

When I click on certain name on my friends list to do a video call when I click the camera on the message page, it says: Can not do video calls from this browser. So do some do not. I disabled all addons and still it says the same error. Is it because of Facebook encryptions? I also could before. So what now?

YouTube's search filters are missing when I use Firefox, but they work when I use Chrome. Is anyone else having a similar problem? (The images show the working Chrome site.)

I have no idea how to fix a problem that just emerged in the last hour.

I can't download file attachments sent by email. Yesterday I could. I have been using Mozilla Firefox as my browser for more than 10 years. I tried restarting my computer that didn't help.

I cannot open the uwyo.edu website on my Firefox browser. I have no problems with other browsers. I tried and checked the solutions people shared, but none of them worked for me. I checked the DNS and different networks, and I also checked the link below:

All of a sudden, I can't download any attachments, no matter what file type it is. I've reset Firefox to it's default, restarted, everything suggested. I don't have the first clue as to what this is.
