I use Thunderbird to get my COX and Gmail emails. When Cox moves to Yahoo what needs to be changed in Thunderbird to get my emails? Below is what came to me from Cox: The countdown has begun and your Cox email will transition to Yahoo Mail in about a month. Rest assured, knowing you'll keep using your same Cox.net email address, messages, folders, contacts and calendar!

After the move, Yahoo Mail will become your email provider and Cox will no longer manage or support your email services. Yahoo Mail will make sure you stay connected by protecting your inbox with 2-Step Verification, Account Recovery Email and Phone Number, 1,000 GB of free storage and more.

I cannot receive certain emails sent by interactive brokers which is trying to verify my profile and information on file. They told me to contact my email provider.

It seems a while back I saw instructions describing how to change the location of folders in the left column of Thunderbird. Specifically how to move the news feed folders above the inbox folder. How do I do that?

I have 3 laptops all running windows 10 or 11. These all share a docking station giving access to an extended display, keyboard etc. All laptops run fine with the docking station except for one issue with the newest laptop... The screen resolution, only on firefox on the one laptop, (everything else is fine) is completly out of whack. I have tried the zoom function but no luck. I have trawled the internet but all the solutions are from 10+ years ago and refer to different versions of firefox and windows. I am not a computer geek so please dumb down any advice.

I saw through several threads on how to try and fix this issue but none seem to work for me, when im trying to watch a video on regular firefox it doesnt work but on safe/troubleshooting mode. and it works when i put the video in a new tab but not on the main site. and while looking in the console i get this "Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://static1.e621.net/data/ab/71/ab71a84c62b9d77fa0eb68c5e64dc165.webm. (Reason: CORS header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ missing). Status code: 206. any help will definitely be nice

open app on desktop, closes within 40 seconds whether browsing, playing a bookmarked game or just watching opening page. I uninstalled app, reinstalled with saving bookmarks then without saving apps, it stills closes

I keep getting this message every time I try to access a website I haven't accessed for a while : see attached graphic.

How can I get this to stop ?

A: All these problems started after the new email version was installed, in-other-words, when the old version was updated! B: All of my email that was in my account / on my computer seem to be be there as far as I can tell. I can get to them, I can open them and see their contents. C: All is ok up til this point...as mentioned above and no new email has arrived. D: Now, as soon as I click on the "Get Messages" (Icon, looks like a cloud) in the upper left corner, is when I the Yahoo page of some sort pops on the screen, that's it. No mail arrives and I'm stuck with the Yahoo page covering most of the screen. E: I can click click around and try entering my email address but when I click on F: I see that images can be attached, and hope it works. My screen are,1920 x 1080, so I'll try and reduce the size of the images when I attach them. G: (Image A) After I inter my email address the red wording pops up.

it becomes vicious circle and normally going back to the first page. (Note: A image) [about:blank] ??? Other pages have an address??? H. In these 4 days I have changed, added, deleted, used my Mozilla Reset Key, and this morning, per Mozilla's - Thunderbird's request, created another Reset key. Still no email. I do believe If this Yahoo thing was gone my email might start, just a guess now. H. Will all of the email that has not arrive still be available?? I. Almost forgot to mention. I receive and send my email through Thunderbird, and Yahoo & AT&T. Thanks, Bob Miller And, "Yes" please email or call, anytime day or night. With a simple mis-keystroke I deleted ALL but 1 email in my inbox... Oddly though this contained years on emails it only took a few seconds?!

So I immediately went into the profile in the roaming folder for windows 10 and searched for a backed up copy of the inbox... assuming that Thunderbird would do such a thing as I have seen in other email clients.

I found nothing like that. I searched everywhere I could think of for some old inbox file that would contain the emails or at least most of them... NOTHING. I just have never seen a client that didn't make routine backups of the data files.

Am I missing something? Is there a file somewhere?

I've recently had a little video window appear in the bottom right corner of my browser screen. I can't find any control link to eliminate it other than closing it manually every time it appears. Where did it come from and how do I get rid of it?

I can see that the webOtp API is not supporting by the Firefox browser on mobile android devices. Where as the other browser are supporting it like Chrome, Opera,etc

Could you please let us know, why it is not supporting? Do we have any alternative for the same? When it will start to support it, etc
