How can I log into my account when Mozilla has locked it? You list no e-mail address, phone number, I have spent alot of time today trying to unlock my account? Why would I want to donate $ to Mozilla, when the customer service is so poor? My account username is [email address]. This is also my e-mail address. I would like to get my account unlocked so I can sync my passwords.

Thanks in advance. I'm trying to get Thunderbird setup with an outlook.com email address. All the default server settings look fine. I know the email address is good since I can login via a web browser. Cookies enabled and all the other recommended settings including app password. Yet it keeps saying Unable to log into the server. Has anyone successfully done this with the latest version of Thunderbird. I'm on Zorin 18 Pro.

in the last week or so anytime I click on a page a new tab will open with junk ads or a popup will come up on the screen and block content. They can be closed and deleted but it happens continually no matter what settings I have or preferences set. I have pop up blocker toggled in the settings and I have a Mozilla ad blocker but it is not working. Please help! this is really annoying!

When I try loading certain sites while using Proton VPN i get the following error message: Server Not Found. If I disable Proton VPN and enable the VPN on Firefox the site come right up. Can someone please tell me why this happens and how I can make these load using Proton VPN?

I have Firefox set to NOT update unless I tell it to. However, it still updates on its own without asking me if it should. So every time Firefox updates, I have to close the app and log back in to everything that I was using. Since, I use browser based software for work and need to open and close tabs pretty much all day. Thus, the ability to NOT update is actually fairly crucial to getting my work done.

Anyone know what is happening? In the past month or so trying to view websites on iPhone, even on Firefox has become impossible.

The number and size of ads has metastasized to the point they block out all content. Is this a new trend? Is it my settings?

Who is responsible for this shift — the website ad settings or the browsers? Is it Google further breaking the internet?

For the neurodiverse, it’s an accessibility issue as well as a dystopian nightmare.

Please tell me there’s a way to fight this apart from permanent reader mode. This has vastly reduced our use of the internet. Each site feels like a trap and a scam.

The ads cause anxiety as well as irritation and general thwartedness as I cannot reach the content! What are these people/bots thinking?

I have created a new gmail address for my wife. Would like to add this address to my existing Thunderbird Mail account so that her emails also come to my Thunderbird email account. Not sure how to add her address to do this.. Thanks

I have an issue when trying to forward an email that contains an attachment. I receive the following error message:

"Sending of the message failed. There was an error attaching the file. Please check that you have access to the file."

I am using Thunderbird version 152 on Windows 10 Pro.

This issue only occurs when forwarding emails with attachments. Other email functions appear to work normally. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you in advance.

Have cleared browser cashe and rebooted, all to no effect,so how can I complete an upload of requested information if I can't get through and keep getting the 403 error message?

I use Firefox 150.0. Flightradar24.com reports that my browser doesn't support WEbGL2. However it reports that Firefox supports WebGL2 since version 51.

Everything working just fine last night. Wake up and Thunderbird will not retrieve emails.

Remembered this old message I got so I went through and deleted my second email address, didn't help.

Checked all settings compared to Yahoo, still won't download messages. I can even send a message with my current settings no problem, and it does login, just won't retrieve emails. Gives me a connection timeout.

Anyone have any ideas?
