Hello, I'm using Firefox on android and windows 10, and with both editions (with addons enabled or even without any activated), I can't make nintendo eshop webpage to show my login account, which is situated in the top right corner of the site. This is the only website that I know that doesn't like Firefox at all and is having problems with it. Sometimes my account appears there, but if I do something else within the site it disappears immediately. I'm logged in to the site and I can see my wishlist, but can't access the account page, because the icon menu doesn't load (see attached picture, top right corner). Because of this, I can't see the prices in my zone once I click on a game and also can't add the game to the wishlist, for this I have to use the console or another browser. Although I'm logged in to the site, because the account page is not loading, the website keeps telling me that I have to login in order to make any purchase. I've tried different methods and none worked. I want to know if there's a fix in making that menu load correctly? Thank you.

When trying to use the pay with Pay Pal button on any site that offers Pay Pal payment, a new about:blank tab opens but never links to Pay Pal. This issue does not occur on my desktop or when using Safari. This was worked in the past but has only recently occurred.

Since version 115 I am having problem with some of our gmail accounts. It is stuck on loading more emails with the loading circle. Reverted to version 114 and no problem.

Hi. Why yesterday site action.com its opening properly. To day its [expletive] up. Opening for 1 Second and all is black? Its not posible opening this site in any option mobile or PC mode? Why its so problrmatic to send you this report? Why in option in android not existing customer support? How ppl can do this like you hiding this support site? For exemple this site is opening in mi browser? Why diffrent sites working in your mozilla properly only this [expletive] site action.com now it dosent work? Best Chris

in this case, when I try to open ao3 from gmail links, the website just gets stuck loading (the lock symbol also has a slash across it). i try to open link in Firefox but same problem. (im on mobile btw)

i can access the same webpage just fine if i find it by searching manually in Firefox though

other website links work fine, and this problem only started maybe a few days ago

When I am trying to access my website https://specialplasticparts.com on Firefox for Android, I get the following error message:

"cannot complete request additional information"

This does not happen on Chrome or Edge for Android. It does not happen on Firefox PC version.

Also, it does not happen every time on Firefox for Android, but quite often.

Does anyone know what is causing this?

Hello So the problem basically is that we run the institute system in our devices which basically a website containing all the clients data(I use s6 lite tablet), when I run the system everything is fine except that there is an option where you click the CPR of the client to look into their details, when I click it an empty page with [objectObject] appears. Considering the fact that I just installed it yesterday so no extensions, and initial settings were not changed. I would be thankful If I can get some help.

For the last two months I am unable to use a Classmates.com webpage that I have been using for 15 years. It suddenly keeps giving me the following error message Secure Connection Failed

I have contacted the company and they keep telling me it's my connection or browser and they can't help me. I know there is probably one setting that somehow is wrong but I can't get anyone to figure it out for me. I have tried everything possible. Can this be a browser setting that will not let me edit anything on this webpage? I can edit on other pages that are basically the same type of program ( reunions for schools) PLEASE HELP. YES, MY SECURITY CERTIFICATE IS PAID UP AND ACTIVE.

I am trying to make a purchase on the 5% nutrition website. The browser will not allow me to change flavors from the drop down menu. When I select from the drop down the page reloads to the default. The website works on other browsers. I am running version 116.0.2. Thanks, Jesse

I just got a new phone (Pixel 7a) and embedded videos have closed captions enabled by default in Firefox. Even if I turn them off while watching one video, they'll be back on the next video. I want them to just be off by default. It's not an Android setting as far as I can tell - I have all live captioning turned off and the video player isn't showing captions when I use Chrome to watch the same videos. Here's a link to a video that has captions on by default when I view it in FF for Android. I've also included a screenshot of the CC controls.

It's difficult to navigate the website because the last link opens the privacy policy page rather than moving on as it should. The identical webpage functions well in other Android browsers.

Hello i have a website uses window.open(), my problem is that window.open() is working differently for the mobile version of firefox.

in my case, window.open() is only returning null even when the pop up window is successfully opened.

it is said in the documentation that when window.open() returns null, that means the window is not successfully opened.

Hi Folks: I am a Clinical Counselor who is reinstating his license and intended to use a SAMSUNG tablet as a convenient IT resource. Unfortunately the results are less than stellar so I have reverted to my DELL LATITUDE E4300 running WINDOWS 7 as my dedicated professional IT. If there had ever been issues before, I blew them off, but I am now overwhelmed by what I am running into bringing this beast into the 21st Century. Yes I have YAHOO Mail but can easily let that go if I have to in favor of GOOGLE g-mail. The two single biggest issues are that I am on FF for much time and it continually comes up un-responsive. The other issue is that I have found an incompatible program using Troubleshooting but I am unable to find-out what that incompatibility is.

My intended out-come is simply to have a FF-based system that I can depend on as it seems to me to have always been the least encumbered browser and I am not in need of much of the bells-and-whistles other folks seem to need. It would be a blessing if someone could just point me in the right direction. BTW: On the IT Competency Scale I am about a Four.....:-)
