I have a number of servers which need firefox updating They do not have internet.

There is one machine that does have internet

How do i get them to point to that server for updates?

FF should have an easy deployment console for rolling out their product.

I saw something about an MAR server however its not clear.

We just have WSUS so cant use that to update like Edge.

Hello, I am using : 115.11.1 (64-bit) The last mail I have received was on 14/06. I have check the POP mail server, I have tried to open at the same time my mail box on the yahoo platform and on Thunderbird. I haven't changed anything and do not understand why suddenly i cannot see my new mails. I can send mails without issue though. Can someone help ? Thank you Sand

Greetings once again: It's been well over a week now and still not able to download any e-mails from anyone. I've changed my password as you requested me to do and if I send out e-mails, they seem to go out just fine, but STILL no e-mails coming into my account. WHY IS THAT? I am on a LinuxMint machine (21.2 - Cinnamon), using Firefox for LinuxMint 001-1.0 - 127.0(?)

When trying to access https://onlineradiobox.com/us/draculascastle/, Firefox reports a playback error. Chromium is opening it with no problems.

Firefox is also opening other stations on the onlineradiobox, without a problem. Tried all kinds of setting changes to no avail.

Can you please HELP?

Have used Firefox for decades and suddenly it is having problems. If I surf around and have a few tabs open, some of them might crash. Firefox tries to restore them and sometimes it works and sometimes they just crash again immediately. I can go to Amazon and the page won't load completely so I can't do anything. If I try and close Firefox it won't close, it is frozen. And often, pages just load very slowly even though my internet connection is strong. This just started about a month or so ago. I have refreshed Firefox, updated it, and checked the systems on my computer. All my internal diagnostics returned "no issues." So it has to be the program.

I have been using Thunderbird a long time and I have emails going back about twenty years. This means that the built in import/export feature is hopeless. So I copied the entire Thunderbird folder to the new computer. I was able to transfer thousands of emails, but when I looked more closely I saw that my new Thunderbird only went back about 2 years. I would be very grateful if someone could tell a way to make it include the missing older emails.

However, I have observed that different URLs open in separate tabs, contrary to my expectations. Unfortunately, it appears that Firefox has not fully addressed this functionality. The EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID is a feature that modern browsers should ideally support to enhance user experience and maintain continuity within a single tab. When I reboot a Windows 10 computer and click once on the Firefox icon on the Taskbar, (1.) Firefox does not open full screen although when closed it was full screen. (2.) A second Firefox window opens with Yahoo on a Tab and also not full screen. Please fix!

Last night I used my Computer and checked for New Emails, before Powering Down. This morning I Powered Up and went to see if an Email I am waiting for has arrived - but Thunderbird is treating me like a Brand New User and asking me to Create Passwords etc. When I finally get to something that looks a TINY BIT like my normal screen, ALL of my Messages and Folders have DISAPPEARED. The last time I used THUNDERBIRD (about 9 hours ago) I just looked for New Messages, and didn't try to make Any Changes, Updates, Archives, Migrations or Imports. Why is Thunderbird treating me like a Brand New User and asking me to Set Up an Account ? How do I retrieve my Emails (both Sent and Received).

Need to know why this problem of Firefox (on Linux) suddenly arose. When attempting to make audio or video calls it responds with, Does not work on Firefox browser. Yet it continues to work with about half my contacts.

For some time now, when I download a .pptx, .xlsx og .docx Firefox changes the file format to .pdf when downloading the file. I then have to manually choose the correct app for opening the file, overrule error messages and delete the ".pdf" when re-saving the file even though it recognises it is not really a pdf file.

I've tried to change the Firefox settings, clearing cache, restarting or deleting in config and other small attempts to reboot whatever suddenly started to cause this problem. As far as I can see, it is not an unknown issue, but I've not yet been able to find a solution to my problem, which is getting on my nerves.

I haven't downloaded anything recently (at least not that I know of) and for the past two days now every time I open up firefox, the search bar and images glitch white. You can't see what you're typing and when you go to images on google, all of it turns white. It happens to every website I go to, certain things turn white. Doesn't happen with Chrome, just Firefox. I've cleared the cache and data on it but that doesn't do anything. I've restarted my laptop and tried to make sure it wasn't my laptop that was the problem. I'm nervous to uninstall and reinstall cause I don't want to lose my passwords saved here.

All of the sudden my subfolders under Sent disappeared and even the Sent folder disappeared. Plus TB keeps asking me for my password which is a long series of letters, ie. security key. Please help. There was very important info in those folders and I'm feeling kind of desparate. I uninstalled TB and reinstalled. Not fixed at all. Thank you.

After Thunderbird asked me to download a new version & I donated money, all my subfolders to the left have disappeared. ALL my information stored/ emails placed in the subfolders are gone. I have sent several requests asking for HELP. This has been so frustrating I do not want to recommend anyone to use Thunderbird. This has nev er happened to me before and I cannot seem to receive an easy solution a t my end. All folders & emails dumbed into folders are gone???? I need HELP Please.....

i keep getting sent to .ca sites instead of the .com that i had typed in and wanted to go to ie: yahoo.com discovery.com

There was no yahoo.ca or hotmail.ca when i got my email accounts and i only deal with originating networks Discovery.com not ripoffs like ctv.ca/discovery.

When going from Help on menu to check for updates receive the error message - Failed to check for updates.

Running on Windows 10 with NAV - problem is recent in origin but I can't be exact as it's not my regular PC.

So far I've manually updated Thunderbird from 115.11.1 to 115.11.2 (64bit)by downloading from Mozilla website, rebooted from cold several times, and applied the fix from Norton:" https://community.norton.com/en/forums/auto-update-norton-360-v2449067835-now-causes-security-exception-thunderbird " in case it was related. It appears to be unrelated because on my regular PC the NAV update occurred necessitating the fix to the security exception error but don't have the checking for updates error.

Firefox is a very good browser that I have using for years on my computer and phone. But recently I found out that firefox having an abnormal battery drain issue on my Samsung s23. I went to search for related issue and found a related one this year, but a little difference from my situation, Firefox was draining the most battery on my phone and I was barely using it.(By bing translation)

Firefox is my default browser...but when i open it.. MSN Browser opens first and i have to 'click' the+ add button to go straight to firefox...why is that happening? I have checked how to stop MSN browser loading from youtube video...adjusting the reg-edit process..rebooted and redone a few times....but still when i click on my firefox app...this is what happens every time?

Yesterday, I passed a message from https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/setup/linux_build.html#building ---The official documentation for firefox on Linux compiles and installs a Linux system with aarch64 architecture on an Ubuntu host with x86 architecture. In fact, I only modified a file called ". mozconfig" and added the following information: "ac-add-options -- target=aarch64-linux-gnu mk-add-options MOZ-OBJDIR=@TOPSRCDIR@/obj-aarch64-linux mk-add-options AUTOCLOBBER=1". After compiling for a while, I obtained a folder called "obj-aarch64-linux". I used the command "file /obj-aarch64-linux/dist/bin/firefox" to check the properties of the knowability file as follows: " firefox: ELF 64 bit LSB shared object, ARM aarch64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter/lib/ld Linux arch64. so. 1, for GNU/Linux 3.7.0, BuildID [md5/uuid]=6b1bede035b0d0bc9930d0d4d88c3c14, with debug_info, not stripped ”. I think I have completed cross compilation, so I compressed the "obj-aarch64-linux" folder on a USB drive and copied it to my aarch64 architecture development board. And when I tried to launch the browser on the development board using the "./obj-aarch64-linux/dist/bin/firefox" command, I received an error message saying "Couldn't load XPCOM". It is worth mentioning that firefox is installed by default on my development board, but I need to compile and install its source code, and local compilation cannot be achieved on my development board, so I made the above operation.
