I use a touch screen HP laptop. And when I shopping or just reading news and there is a picture on the page or site it pops up, even if I do not touch it. I can not see the text behind it. I know it is a setting some here because if i go to trouble shooting mode it does not happen. i have checked and unchecked every thing I can fine and nothing helps but trouble shooting mode. So when I close out and reopen Firefox trouble back. I have not tried other browsers because I only like Firefox

MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT EMAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN ON A NEW COMPUTER FIREFOX SENDS A CODE TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I CAN NOT ACCESS. HOW DO I GET THE CODE SENT TO MY SECONDARY EMAIL?

Hi there, I have been trying to get into a Government site that I have to use and I continually, only from today, get a message saying the Certificate is outdated. What can I do to override this issue? Cheers!

Its difficult to get help with firefox even though I have been using it for a long time. 1. everyting when I open the browser it tells me that it is not responding. 2. Then once it opend up it tells me that the firefox is already running and that I need to close the old one before the new one can run.. 3. It just seems that the browser with all the updates run slower and slower with each updates.. 4. I find it difficult to get a hander on running firefox...can you help?

PC / Windows 7 (yes, still) / Firefox 100.0.2 :

Past several months on Firefox, when attempting to access a video either embedded (say, in a news site or YouTube), the download is unusually slow, with such screen notices (attached) appearing.

The "gray bar" across the bottom (which, as I understand it, indicates buffering/caching activity) immediately loads up about .25%, then awaits the video to play . . . and then it sits there and goes through any combination of the attached .jpgs.

Quite often, regardless of how many tabs are open (perhaps a half dozen), the (Not Responding) message will show up, and then it's just wait it out (usually 15-45 seconds).

Any solutions / comments / directions-to-point-me-in?

I must have deleted??? my sent messages or moved them to somewhere. But they are ALL gone. where did they go? And most importantly, how do I get them back?

My DSL is Comcast Xfinity & I use Firefox is my browser. I also use MSN.

I KEEP HITTING ALTERNATIVELY :"dismiss" and "delete from history" but some i have to do it 40 0r 50 times before it stops popping back up

GARBAGE SOFTWARE

I cannot install English GB dictionary for my spell checker. When I click add dictionaries it takes me to a page where I can select Englsih GB as one of the dictionaries available in my locale. It then takes me to the info and remove page for the dictionary but there is no option to install and no pop up to start the download appears.

My Macbook Pro was repaired at the local Apple store. When I got it back, Firefox was closed. When I opened it again, I could not restore my previous session. It has been over a week now. How can I restore the session from before my Macbook Pro was repaired?

Our printers are added from a print server. FireFox is showing the full printer server path as the printer name. This is not good. Why is this happening? I have tried clearing the printer settings and re-adding the printers but this did not fix the issue.

Firefox does not play well with how you customize keyboard shortcuts on Mac i.e. Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts.

By default - Move Cursor to Address Bar - Cmd+L Bookmark this Page - Cmd+D

I would like to switch these two shortcuts but there does not seem to be any way. Please help me out.

This is the second time in 4 months I've had this issue. The first time I resolved it by clearing my cache. That isn't working this time. I've looked at the help articles and clearing the cache is there. This is where I found it the first time. Any ideas?

Yesterday when my wife tried searching on her computer within the Amazon site the screen went black. She is able to pull up the Amazon website but when she tries to search for a product the screen goes black. There will be a split second when you can see the search results but then it goes black. I do not see any pop-up blocker warning at the top.This does not happen on other websites.

Apache/2.4.25 (Debian) Server at myaccount.assurancewireless.com Port 443 works in edge and Chrome and ie/able all adons cleared cookies done everything i can even called assurance and they were able to access it not sure why i got it in edge and ie'
