There is an email app provided by xiaomi on my phone.What in the email sent by this app contains a special format of `Date` fields.It looks like that: `Date: Thu, 2 May 2024 05:55:12 UTC` It doesn't look like others' `Date: Thu, 2 May 2024 06:05:15 +0000` or `Date: Thu, 2 May 2024 10:35:14 +0800 (CST)`

but it is still conforming to standards (or is it only parsable by the JavaScript Date method?)

After I modified windows time zone and restarted thunderbird. all emails changed time so this is not a time zone problem.

But this email shown two different times in the preview and detailed pages at this moment.

So can anyone tell me if this is a bug? Thank you.

I'm having trouble using my bank's website. Sometimes I can't log on (error messages) or I can log on and can't use certain features. The bank is Regions. The site works with other browsers. Is there some setting on the latest Firefox that needs to be adjusted? The articles I've read don't help. Thanks.

So I noticed an issue with certain websites a few days ago. I was trying to make a hair appointment online, it was asking me to fill in my email, and the box wouldn't let me click on it. I used a different browser, and it worked just fine. Same thing today: I was trying to make a lab appointment, the next step was verifying I'm not a robot, I clicked the box, and it had a loading circle eternally. I tried it on a different browser, and it worked within seconds, no loading. I've never had this issue with Firefox before! I tried clearing my cookies and cache, and that didn't do anything unfortunately. Let me know what I can do to fix this problem! I normally loved Firefox and it's my main browser, so I'm hoping to resolve this issue. Thanks so much!

I am migrating to a new phone. WhatsApp offered firefox as an option for storing its passkey. That took me to the connection and synchronisation process which the new phone said had failed. However all my tabs and other passwords appear to be syncing. Now selecting firefox to store the WhatsApp passkey takes me back to the failure page every time. Any idea how to restart the passkey addition to firefox process? WhatsApp won't work whilst I'm hung up in limbo between the two apps.

I have started posting bugs of Firefox in Bugzilla for almost 6 months now(though the number of bugs is 3). I have noticed that the bugs really had no response for nearly then(almost 6 months), so is it the way bugs are handled?, like they take long time to address( just asking as I though the process to be relatively fast) or is it something that I might be doing wrong in reporting a bug. I searched online and have been looking at assigning the bug( what I understood). So, how to do it if there exists something like assigning and will it increase the movement on my bugs??

Thunderbird fails to access comcast.net email accounts after years of working correctly. Version 115.10.1. I have tried changing the password many times after talking to Comcast support. The best they can do is suggest I contact you.

I cannot send or receive emails from my laptop on [edited] @comcast.net nor [edited] @comcast.net. I can send and receive on my iPhone at [edited] @comcast.net and don't understand why. My primary password was corrupted in the breech I believe because I haven't forgotten it but it isn't being accepted. I believe the best way to solve is for a temporary primary password to be sent to [edited] @comcast.net or texted to me at [removed phone#] or mailed to me via overnight mail. This would allow me to regain control of both accounts. Nothing in the forum addresses this issue that I saw.

Hey all, as of the past few days when I get the prompt to enter my password on Outlook.com (And microsoft.com) and hit 'sign in' the page just reloads and nothing happens. There is no failed login message, the page just reloads like I didn't hit sign in. I have disabled all of my extensions, cleared cookies and cache, ETP... with no luck.

Works fine on Chrome for android...

I've been having trouble trying to copy text to the clipboard (in all programs, not just TB) and fiddling around yesterday while trying to copy a paragraph from a TB message to insert it into a Word document, I've unintentionally b* up TB's inbox display. Previously it showed message headers on the left and senders on the right, in bold if as yet unread, and all close set (no spaces between lines). Now however it shows them in table form, with sender and header on the left end of each cell and the date at the right end. What do I have to do to restore the original display mode?

The fundamental nature of dementia and Alzheimers is that the victim cannot remember new information. But for some time they can recall information and processes which were learned previously.

After some years, they will be unable to utilize any of the technology they depend upon - they will not be able to turn on their device to make a phone call. They won't be able to locate the menu they need to utilize. Because all that changes CONSTANTLY. They will become helpless sooner than necessary. They will strain their families and the taxpayer sooner than necessary.

The only solution is for software makers to roll out, every 5 or 6 years, a "stable version" where the user interface will not change one iota for 25 years. Of course, they must still make internal updates for security and changes in the Internet Protocol layer system. The portions of the code that deal with the user must be modular to be plugged into newer hardware and communication protocols.

When someone is diagnosed with memory impairment, they will have time to learn the latest Stable Version.

This is a very fundamental change to business as usual, but there is no other solution other than continuing to balloon the cost of elder car.

Hi, I'm having issues with my Google search results page. It used to be very clean looking and mainly only showing the results of whatever I searched. Today though, I searched something and now the Google results are first showing Reddit answers, what others have asked, discussions and forums, what others have searched, short videos, etc. I have to scroll really far down just to get some normal search results. How can I fix this? Call me old school but I want the classic version back. Please help, I don't want to switch browsers. I've been using Firefox nearly since it's launch, since StumbleUpon days. Everytime i try to watch a video it says it can't play or it just sits there buffering. Youtube works but only lower quality, but every other site i go on doesn't. Twitch won't load, other sites show Error Code: 102630. This is only a problem on my browser on my windows pc I have. On mobile the browser works great and has no problem showing videos so it a problem for my pc browser.. I've tried all of the steps, i've updated, i checked drm and even went into config to check there. But nothing works, it still can't load videos. I have version 125.0.3 and for me it's the latest one. I even turned off all of my add-ons to check if it works or not but nothing there either. It worked before, just now the latest two months it hasn't. What can I do in order for the videos to load? Thank you for your time.

I've reported these issues before with no response. I've uninstalled reinstalled cleared cache and cookies searched another forums et cetera. Why must I manually update when it's set to auto update? When I set controls to ask where to download items it bypasses that and downloads it as a temp file where I have to cut it out of explorer and paste it where I would like to save it.

I can open the Chase bank site, but cannot log into my account. I can log into my Chase account using Edge. This may have happened after the most recent update to Firefox. Any ideas how to fix this?

I would like to be able to make sure if a pop-up window is blocked, that I'm being notified about it, but there are no options in settings.

I read through the instructions listed on the help pages and found a message from support from 4 years ago about manually editing the settings, which wasn't helpful.

Are they just on by default now? Or did they get turned off and if so, how do I turn them back on?

(p.s. having something teach you how to do something, this case getting trouble shooting data manually, should open another window, not navigate me away from the page I'm sending this message from)
