Routing the Nekobox proxy through AdGuard does not work in Firefox for Android. In Nekobox, it looks like the packet is sent and connected, but in whatsmyipadress, the original IP address is displayed. I put the local host address and port number for Nekobox in http.proxy in about:config and restarted, but the original IP address is still displayed.

Am trying to update my email address. When I try to make the secondary the primary, it wants a verification code entered. The field for this code will not let me paste it or enter it manually. Will this glitch be fixed soon?

My Firefox keeps going into private browsing on its own. I deleted the app and cleared it and it’s done it again. When I go into settings there is no way for me to uncheck private browsing

On YouTube the video will start playing but the rectangle it should be in will still be black, refreshing usually works. Sometimes a video will simply stop playing. Sometimes i have to close all apps and restart the browser twice to get it to work. Sometimes trying to go to full screen will crash the app. Sometimes popping the app out of full screen into a floating window crashes it. This one is new, it's the uploaded screenshot, it crashed mid video and made the video look funny.

I am a Salesforce (improveit! 360) user, exclusively browsing with Firefox for over 12 years without any problems. The most recent Firefox update 125.0.2 (64-bit) has caused an issue with my staff calendar. I have reached out to improveit! 360 they are a force.com developer and they will not help, said the error is caused by Firefox interpreting the code. I have figured out a work around to get the calendar to load correctly for a short term solution. Below is a screenshot of the error, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The reminder function quit working...nothing at all

I'll add an appointment ask for a reminder, but nothing happens however it used to work

I used to get a reminder email as well as a notice sent to my phone, but now nothing to include the folks I have invited to the event. No reminders for anyone. I have checked Notify Attendees and Separate Invitation per attendee on the Edit Event pop up the by nothing I do seems to work.

The goal is to get the reminder to the phone screen(s) and emails.

Thank you for your assistance in advance. Since I updated my browser, I've encountered some issues when trying to maximize the virtual screen in my tv. I use a Mac and connect the screen to a web TV to watch YouTube in my big tv. However, when I click to maximize the window, the connection becomes unstable, and the virtual screen disappears every time I click the YouTube icon to do this. This problem never occurred before. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

It used to be that when I typed in the beginning of a URL, Firefox would suggest a massive list of matching URLs from my history that would slowly dwindle as I typed more, but now I get only three suggestions.

I didn't change anything, so is this a change in Firefox? If so, can it be changed back? Or made an option?

When choosing biometrics for 2-factor authentication, sometimes Firefox will only prompt for a physical hardware key, and Touch ID does not work. Support for built-in biometrics is inconsistent.

For reference, I am using Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1 with an ARM processor.

if I go to any website then during login it doesn't suggest me I'd or username but suggest passwords in password section although I save both of them please correct this because sometimes it creates turble for me.

in my 'podcasts' folder I have ~2 pages of folders of the type feeds.json-xxx.corrupt where xxx is some number, see attached image.

With the intention to re-subscribe to my feeds later, I have deleted all other folders in my podcasts folder. Trying to simply delete the feeds.json-xxx.corrupt folders did not work. How can I get rid of them?

After importing events from the old ics calendar into the existing CalDav calendar. TB sent invitations out to all attendees, even for past meetings. How to avoid this?

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of searching and organizing bookmarks on the Android app using tags. I have recently organized years of Firefox bookmarks on the desktop app by tagging my bookmarks and removing them from folders. I would very much benefit from being able to use a tag-based workflow on mobile as I do on desktop. I notice this question was first raised about 10 years ago. I would like to know if there are any updates, or if perhaps there is an add-on that can fill this gap. Thank you!

I’m using the official ShadowsocksX app to relay network connections through a Shadowsocks server, and Firefox seems to be having compatibility issues. The browser does not load pages when proxy settings are set to “auto-detect” or “use system:” I’m getting the “Unable to connect” error message. Manually setting the SOCKS host to 127.0.0.1:XXXXX does fix the problem, but that also means I have to switch back to “system” whenever I turn Shadowsocks off.

Neither Safari nor Chrome requires manual action to relay connections on the same computer.

On a different computer, I’m using the Outline client to connect to the same Shadowsocks instance. Firefox does not have issues with that.
