Whose idea was it to popup a Firefox promotion window while I was working on a text? The popup took me out of the page where I was working, Google Voice. I am struggling, doing this with one hand while the other is in an Ace bandage with an ice pack on top. This was a needless interruption!

Keep getting pop-ups from networkrush.co.in and speednetworkdevice.co.in both of which are identified as malware. Any way to block them?

Soooo! everytime I try to open cloudflare, no matter what site it comes from, the connection refuses to go through and I'm only having this problem on firefox, I came from opera gx, had no problems with cloudflare till now!

I have problems logging into digital account for national newspaper app (inews.com)on my phone. I can log in fine on my PC (using identical usename & pwd.) Problem seems to be either Firefox or tinypass.com. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any suggestions? Would be grovellingly grateful for any advice.

Roughly 90% of the time I am using firefox to access and export excel files from a site used for the back end of our point of sale system, the tab I am exporting from jumps to a random URL (usually for a utility company I use to pay utility bills through). I have to go back several pages to get back to the original. It is totally problematic, and fairly random and often the utility company URL will vary; sometimes it's the gas company, sometimes it's the power company....occasionally the internet service provider).

the only autoplay setting i can find is under privacy and security. the page shows DEFAULT FOR ALL WEBSITES: Block Audio and Video, but videos still open and play. the page does not retain the change when i select the button REMOVE ALL WEBSITES. this problem has not been happening for years. it may have begun about six months ago. thank you for your time

I just get gray boxes and cannot even log in or anything. I have no ad blockers or add-ons. How can I get youtube working again on Firefox. It is working fine on Safari and on my iphone.

Hi, I opened my email this morning and all was fine. Then I checked spam etc, and went back and my inbox is completely empty. I'm not tech savvy, so I have no idea how to fix this. Could anyone help please?

I deleted the account from the c-panel and re construct it again with the same settings.

I discovered that I can`t no longer see the old inbox and sent files, they became empty.

I use Thunderbird to read the email

Is there any way to get the old profile so that i can get the old inbox and sent items

I am experiencing an issue where the Firefox browser on my Xiaomi Redmi 13C device running the HyperOS Android 14 operating system is consuming a very high amount of system resources, particularly CPU and RAM. For years I have used Firefox as my preferred internet browser, and most of the time it's OK. Recently, however, when trying to log on to my bank accounts, I get the message "Log on error. You need to enable cookies in your browser to logon to Internet Banking." How do I do this? In the meantime I am using another browser and can log on successfully there.

I use Firefox on my Mac and windows. Recently downloaded Firefox for the first time on ipad. Worked well for the sites that I opened for 15 minutes. Opened at max 4 tabs. Then I was crossing out the opened tabs, it crashed when the last open tab was closed. Tried again, and same thing. Since this is my behavior for every session, this could not continue, and I had to uninstall it from the iPad.

In Windows 10, Audible throws this error:

An Error Occurred An error occurred during processing. Please close this window and try again.

Other browsers are fine. Other media in Firefox such as BBC Sounds are fine. I cleared the history, then reset Firefox. I thought it might be an issue with the latest Realtek driver, but I could not roll back all Realtek drivers. So I installed an Asus DS Xonar 7.1 PCI soundcard. This shows exactly the same problem.

I think the HTML that loads in Firefox is corrupted or tampered.

Could I get some feedback?

All messages that I delete,send ,archive and drafts, simply disappear without a trace.For years this worked well !Tried downloading and reinstalling Thuderbird without success.
