Sometime within the past few weeks, some images are failing to display inline. Mixed symptoms: sometimes get box where image should be, sometimes just see a link. TBird doesn't ask permission to display online content. Tried help and online search, without success. Screenshot attached. Thanks!

Why do I need a new profile every single little update? How can I get my saved session, bookmarks, history, open tabs, extensions and preferences from my old profile? Manually copying files from the old profile is not a solution - it's a workaround and not a great one. Lots of things get left behind. Alternatively: what file in my "old" profile do I need to manipulate to trick Firefox into using it with the new version?

Please be aware that we are encountering issues configuring POP for Office 365 using Thunderbird, as it is generating an error stating the username and password are incorrect. Our Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled, and we are attempting to utilize OAuth2.

When I download messages, it often says there are say '6 new messages', but only 3 appear on the screen. I'm wondering whether the others are going to Junk, but I am unable to access it. So my question is, how do I access Junk Thanks David White

I am trying to set up a new account so that I can send email through a mailroute server instead of my provider, comcast. I set up the account without a problem but I get an error when trying to send a message. I was never asked for an SMTP password and none is visible in the Saved Password window.

Hello, I have a very weak internet connection and I've been experimenting with ways to lessen the burden of the slow connection by increasing the time that the cache from websites can stay on my computer (I've already increased browser.cache.disk.capacity and set browser.cache.check_doc_frequency to 2, but the files still end up expiring eventually forcing them to be re-downloaded even though I know these cache files never change).

So far I've had some success with this extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/cache-longer/) it definitely works but very inconsistently so I've tried to directly edit the cache files found in Profiles\someprofile.default-release\cache2\entries but every time I edit the max-age on the cache-control line or any other line firefox just erases the cache file completely then re-downloads it.

TL;DR - Is there someway of getting firefox to ignore the cache file expiry dates and cache-control age or at least editing these files to extend their life?

Debugging message filters and want to see the log. From message filters window I click box "Filter Log". It brings up the small config box of which a pic is attached. I can't find anyway to actually see or access the log. It must be hiding here somewhere ? ?

I have tried to clear the log so it is small in case it is large and takes long to load as I've seen elsewhere. No change.

I try to look this the "Activity Manage" which has some log like error messages but it is a mess of unordered seemingly random successes and some failures. This is another topic.

So, any guidance on how to use the filter log would be greatly appreciated.

I have found several on the internet, but none of them work.

At this point I am beginning to get desperate.

Still sorry for asking K-9 Mail questions on this forum. Can't find anywhere else. Every day, get an email on my phone that says: Failed to send some messages IllegalArgumentException: boundary can't be null

Does anyone know what it means and how I can fix it? If you know any specific site for K-9 Mail, please let me know.

I use passkey verification for a website. In other browsers, I can get a QR code to scan with my phone to login. In Firefox, I only get a popup saying Touch your security key to continue with <site> (image attached). In Chromium, I have options for both (image attached). Is this possible in Firefox?

I used CCleaner this morning to scan and clean up my computer. (I did it over the weekend as well and it didn't affect my Firefox). Now I can't even open Firefox. the icon on my windows taskbar is gone as well. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall Firefox, but that didn't work. I also tried to "refresh" Firefox (or whatever it is called that is recommended when trying to uninstall).

Please help. I really need my Firefox to work!

For some reason the developer tool on Firefox is just completely blank when I open it. Nothing will load and I can't even close out of it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

We are receiving the following error when we change the security.OCSP.enabled to "1" and security.OCSP.require to "true":

(Invalid OCSP signing certificate in OCSP response(Error code: sec_error_ocsp_invalid_signing_cert)

We are in an airgapped environment and have our own OCSP responder we are attempting to get Firefox to work with. What configuration does Firefox need in order to solve this error?
