How do I PRESERVE my history. My history keeps disappearing! There are lots of tips on how to DELETE history but I want to SAVE my history. Please help. Thanks a lot

I have a web page hanger on in my Firefox browser, every time I open a new Tab that web page is there. So now, I can't even use my Tabs in Firefox. Does anybody know a cure for this ???

Firefox - Add Colored tabs

I had Firefox version 81 and after installing version 82 in a new install on a new hard drive, I cannot change the color of my tabs anymore. I should see white tabs for the current tab but no longer when I added my userChrome.css file. I see instead a thin blue color strip along the top of the tab and the rest is grey. This shows up without any userChrome.css file.

In Firefox address field type: about:support It shows my Profile. vwy0y5ix.default-release I also have under the Profile folder this: jcueuz5y.default

I put the userChrome.css file here in my Chrome folder: C:\Users\David\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\vwy0y5ix.default-release

Trying to access https://www.locast.org. but my location is blocked.

I want to add\change\edit a permission for the above website to allow.

I have previously blocked requests for my location in Permissions => Location => Settings. I have now unchecked this. I have deleted the relevant cookies using the sites shield menu. I am unable to get the site to prompt me to allow location nor can I manually add the site to the in Permissions => Location => Settings.

I expect this to be in about:config but no idea where.

How can I correct this?

I am running Firefox 83.0 under Windows 7 Ultimate: I am a voracious reader of amateur writing and have accounts on several websites. I use Reader View in Firefox due to my less than optimal eye sight. It works perfectly on Literotica.com and Inkitt.com, but on Wattpad .com, Reader View has a difficult time capturing the full text of a page. It will usually capture only blocks of the text and it is extremely difficult to make it capture a desired block of text. Why is this and can I do anything about it? PerryNormal perrynormal@att.net

How can I get a Theme or Create my Theme in Menu - Extras? It is difficult to move on with this.

I wish a Theme with the Text in the URL addresses with yellow colour and a dark colour background on the Top where I write the URL addresses.

It's being difficult to activate the theme I choose.

I use a 55 inch TV as my computer monitor with Windows7 OS. All of a sudden this week the animations are on every site... Netflix just became unbearable to watch. I have already gone though the steps to turn off all animations in Firefox. I performed these steps...

This did NOTHING to turn off the nauseating animations. Every time I scroll a web page I feel motion sickness. Every movie I watch now looks like garbage.

I ALSO have turned off ALL animations in Windows7... so this is really upsetting. Movies I have downloaded seem to play fine in VLC player, but if I use my browser to watch a video, it is now unbearable because of these garbage animations wreaking havoc on my screen.

Meine Frau und ich nutzen seit ca. 2 Jahren das oben genannte Tablett 'fire HD 10' von Amazon. Auf dem Tablett haben wir die FireFox App installiert. Sie funktionierte bis gestern ohne Probleme. Als wir das Tablet heute Abend wieder mit FireFox benutzen wollten bekamen wir die Absturz-Anzeige (wie im Bild). Als Erste Massnahme habe ich den Cash der FireFox App gelöscht. Dann das Tablett nach aktueller Software suchen lassen und die Software des Amazone-Tablett anschlissend aktualisiert. Der Fehler blieb. Abschließend habe ich dann noch die FireFox App deinstalliert sowie aktuell aus dem PlayStore von Google runter geladen und installiert. Allerdings bleibt der Fehler weiterhin bestehen.

Good evening, I have a problem with the FireFox browser on an Amazon tablet. It would be nice if you could give me some troubleshooting tips. Thank you. My wife and I have been using the above mentioned tablet fire HD 10 from Amazon for about 2 years. We installed the FireFox app on the tablet. It worked without any problems until yesterday. When we wanted to use the tablet with FireFox again this evening, we got the crash display (as in the picture). As a first measure, I deleted the FireFox app's cash. Then let the tablet search for the latest software and then update the software of the Amazone tablet. The mistake remained. Finally, I uninstalled the FireFox app and downloaded it from the Google PlayStore and installed it. However, the error persists.

Camera doesn`t work in google meet after last update(83.0). Access to my camera is allowed. In setting too. How i need to set up my camer or it`s bug? Please help me. Thank you.

Recently a Website "Fastly" tries to connect to its own IP addresses. Even if nothing has been done to call it,

My research shows that Fastly now owns the IP addresses formerly used by the known spyware ad supploer Cambridge Entreprenurial 199.232.0.0 thru 199.232.255.255. I see these connection attempts because my FireWall specifically blocks the address used by Cambridge Entrepren... So the FW gives me a popup. (which I can bypass temporarily)

But I can't find a way to stop it or what is causing Fastly to do anything. It just seems to call home when it feels like. The only consistency is only partial at best. That is for Amazon.com. In that case sometimes connecting to Amazon.com works fine. But much or most of the times I do not get an even cl;ose properly formatted Amazon page. And if I do get an OK Amazon home page, odds are high the next tab-page I open will be messed up, or not have any formatting or no graphics at all.

Any ideas? And can we get rid of Fastly or do we just have to block sites that allow Fastly to operate?

Hello, Bitdefender deleted my history (not telling me that it was my history he was going to delete), but everything is still on my Android phone. I removed the sync for now, because I fear it would delete it on my phone too. How to put back the history on my computer? Thanks!

This behavior of the lsass process does not occur in any other browser that I have been able to install. Be it chrome, opera, avant, waterfox tor browser, vivaldi, and others.  I'm a Windows 7 user. For the past 3 weeks my Firefox browser (83.0) has been slowing down and then speeding up while visiting sites. I tried Safe Mode, Refresh, and Reinstall but nothing seems to help. It's not being caused by anything on my computer (malware, viruses, etc) because I ran several scans using Malwarebytes Premium, CCleaner Premium, Microsoft Security Essentials, even Microsoft Safety Scanner and nothing turns up.

 Is there any other way to fix this issue on the browser?
