How do i change the default download folder?
I want to keep the downloads file on my SD card. But there is no option here. How I want to take from internal storage to SD card.
As a user of Firefox for Android, I need the ability to choose: (1) where to save downloads, and (2) what to name them...

I am on Android Firefox and I accidentally chose "Always" on the pop-up asking where I want my downloaded items to go. I want to change it because where the files are now sent is inconvenient at best but i cannot find such an option to change my preference in either the Firefox settings bar nor my phone's device settings.

This is a new issue that just started occuring this month Nov/2023. Firefox for Android has suddenly developed an issue where instead of saving to the download folder and renaming the file with (1), (2), etc. It will save to a random folder and overwrite an existing file with the same name.
Noticed occuring on ebay images because they have the same naming structure.

By default, Firefox only downloads directly to the internal storage, and not the micro SD card I installed. Its become tedious to manually move everything to save phone space every time I download anything.
All the past forums said to use about:config, but I understand the newer Firefox removed that function as it would break the app due to some major internal changes.
Please add the function to set a download path for Firefox to send my files to, including to my SD card.
