For a week or better I have been unable to download anything through my Firefox browser, I have refreshed and uninstalled Firefox (I had to reinstall through another browser) in an attempt to fix this issue to no avail. I cannot download from verified sites, nor am I able to download Firefox's own extensions or themes (when I attempt I get an error telling me to check my connection, screenshot included).

I would like to be able to use Firefox normally again, with the ability to download files and install my extensions restored.

Overnight, I suddenly cannot send emails. I keep getting an error code AUP #OUT-1500 that says: "The email address you are sending as must match the email address you used to auth. " But I have changed nothing. Everything worked fine Thursday when I went to bed; got up Friday unable to send. I can receive all day. And I can send using my provider's website, but I'd rather use Thunderbird as usual. What the heck just happened? None of the Support suggestions work. Thanks for any wisdom you can impart!

I'm using Thunderbird Supernova, Can anybody tell me why I have (a DRAFT and DRAFTS) folders? When I save my emails for later they are saved in the DRAFTS folder, the DRAFT folder appears not to be used. I have tried to delete it but guess it must be some sort of system folder. Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my website's compatibility with Firefox. website My website, which provides online educational resources and tools, is not displaying certain interactive elements correctly when accessed through Firefox. These elements work perfectly in other browsers like Chrome and Safari.

Specifically, I've noticed that some JavaScript-based interactive features, like quizzes and drag-and-drop activities, either don't load or don't function as expected. I've already cleared the cache and ensured that Firefox is updated to the latest version, but the problem persists.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues, or does anyone have suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve this compatibility problem? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

using Thunderbird for my workflow with mails and tasks, I wonder if it is possible to create a task automatically from a flagged email.

Of course, I know it is possible to convert mails to tasks, but first I would like to speed up the process and second, it would be great, if TB could also convert mails which were flagged on a different client, e.g. on my mobile phone: 1. mail is flagged on phone, 2. flag is sync on server, 3. TB creates tasks on this mail when synced with server

Alternatively/additionally, does anybody has experiences with using IMAP flags as trigger in automation scenarios e.g. in zapier, make.com or Power Automate?

Apologies if I'm repeating a previous request - couldn't tell if it was submitted.

I'm running Windows 10. While changing the startup screen somehow an image I thought was deleted appeared and now is frozen, apparently on top of a Firefox window. I've rebooted, restarted and followed the Windows help suggestions with no success. Right now I don't know whether this is a Firefox or Windows problem. I updated Firefox today to the newest version before this happened.


Any help will be appreciated. I can open new Firefox windows.

So I just changed hosting companies and now I can't access ANY of my emails in Thunderbird to change my incoming and outgoing server settings because the failed login messages keep coming up so fast I can't get past them. I can't be the only one who's ever had this happen. Is there a workaround?

Why is Firefox backing up my bookmarks in a json file, when Firefox itself doesn't recognise the file type when trying to restore said bookmarks? I WAS able to restore my bookmarks by converting the json file at https://www.jeffersonscher.com/ffu/bookbackreader.html. But why can't Firefox just back up as an html file like to used to? I had to go off searching the internet for a solution, turning what should've been a 5 minute job into nearly an hour 😕

It used to be that we would see - in the account tree - a number telling us how many emails we have available to read. As you would open an email, this number would automatically reduce.

Now, not only do we get this email count, but I am getting an email count of ALL the email in an account folders (Inbox, Sent, Received, etc.). I don't know who invented this, but I do not want it.

How can I go back to Thunderbird only showing me my unread emails available?

I am experiencing a significant issue with my website, which fails to load when accessed via Google Chrome. The website works perfectly on other browsers like chrome, Safari, and Edge.However, when attempting to Click here in mozila, the page remains blank and does not load at all. Additionally, I have noticed a persistent problem with reCAPTCHA. Even though I solve the CAPTCHA correctly, it repeatedly appears, preventing me from accessing the site. Your SparkPost account is configured correctly. I recommend contacting Mozilla Thunderbird support to see where you can enter the required fields in their SMTP client to connect to SparkPost. You can see the full client configuration steps here: https://developers.sparkpost.com/api/smtp/

They should be able to prove the steps to get these settings configured in their SMTP client.

Greetings: This is the third time that I am contacting you about not being able to receive any e-mails. Thunderbird is the only one that I use and haven't been able to receive any new e-mails for the past week or so. You notified me that my account had been compromised or words to that effect, and that I needed to create a new password. I did this(with a bit of difficulty) and still have no new e-mails coming in to this account. I did try to SEND an e-mail out, and at first it stopped me for my NEW password. I gave it, and it then allowed the e-mail to go out just fine. I sent one or two more since then and they too seemed to have worked fine. For some unknown reason though, I STILL am NOT receiving any new e-mails. Can you please help me with this problem? NOTE: As I am STILL NOT able to receive any e-mails, would it be possible for you to send me any possible solution for this problem via my regular USPS mailing address?
