Primary Computer Reloaded therefore, lost device that provide the Primary sync. How to make another the Primary?

The original computer utilized to sync all other computers crashed and had to be reloaded. I am still able to add other components/computers to include the original computer now that it has been reloaded, but only through the pairing option. Is there a way to convert one of the working synced computers to now be a Primary Computer?
