Can't delete sync account

My iphone and laptop each give me a sync code. I can't enter either into the other. I think the reason is that I set up a sync acct on my old computer and don't know the code. I'm trying to delete my sync acct. on the laptop but I get the error "Oh dear. Looks like one of the dinosaurs escaped again..." Any suggestions?

Hi Carolene,

There's a bug in the site that the developers are working to solve as soon as possible. I'll update you once is solved. In the meantime there's not much to do but wait.
