How do I get multiple lines of bookmarks?
I have about 40 bookmarks. I used to keep them all in the bookmarks toolbar. There was about 3 lines of links. Now I can only get one line of bookmarks. How do I get multiple lines of bookmarks?

I think http://userstyles.org/styles/29428/multi-row-bookmarkstoolbar-fx4-0b8pre should work.
If you don't want to install styish then click the show code button and copy and paste the code into the userChrome.css file.
This just installed a crummy Foxlingo Toolbar and changed my homepage. This is not a good solution.
Like I said you can avoid the extension by manually adding the userChrome.css data to your Firefox profile.
