Connect A2 doesnt work
The preinstalled Connect A2 app doesnt work. When I enter the details and then click on register then nothing happens. I waited for a long time. Also other apps like Cut the rope, Open Wapp and many other apps dont work. Their installation stops in between.
My phone is Intex cloud Fx which has been recently launched in India. Version - firefox os 1.3

Hi arpitfirefox.
I had the same problem a while back. I uninstalled the app, and installed it's latest version from the Marketplace, and it worked.
- To uninstall the app, simply Press and Hold the app, and click the red X that appears.
- Then launch the Marketplace, search for ConnectA2, and click Install.
- If it still doesn't work, you can use OpenWapp or LoquiIM, which are two other WhatsApp clients available for Firefox OS.
Hope this helps. Thanks.
I tried this but like I had written in my description that many apps including Connect A2,OpenWapp and LoquiIm cannot be installed. Their installation stops in between and the message appears - "download stopped"
Oops sorry. I had that problem too while installing those apps using mobile data. Try installing them on a WiFi connection and they'll work. Hope this helps. Thanks.
After installing Connect A2 with Wifi ; i cannot register. An error comes saying that I am receiving a "Blocked" State. Also OpenWapp says that my mobile no. is not a valid no. of my country(though it is ) and Loqui IM is also not sending me the verification code. Please tell me if there is any other way to access WhatsApp on my firefox mobile.

Dude I had the same issue. Do not worry about the valid/invalid issue and just go ahead. You will get the code.
No, Still I am unable to get the code. It ends up with the error message. It says the SMS cannot be sent to your country.
Well, check for an OS update over Wi-Fi. Do not try to update or install anything over 2G. I too got stuck with SMS and call issues on my phone
Hi arpitfirefox,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the messaging applications that you have tried.
I assume you have already checked, but during the registration process, please ensure that the correct country is selected. Afterwards, please ensure that the country-code displayed is correct according to your location. Lastly, ensure that your phone number (including the area code) is entered correctly.
If you still have issues, you should contact the app-developers directly so that they can investigate this particular problem.
You may contact app-developers in the Firefox Marketplace by tapping on Support Email or Support Site on the application's page.
I hope you find this information helpful. Please let us know if your problem is resolved, and if you were successful contacting the developer's Support channel.
Thanks,
- Ralph
