Resolution

Perform the following steps to resolve this issue:

1. Attempt to download the updates for Accuweather or Wikipedia. This update will never complete and displays the following screen showing 0.00 bytes downloaded:
   
   
2. Tap the update and tap Yes to cancel.
   
   
   • The update is cancelled.
3. Restart your ZTE Open by pressing and holding the power button on the device and selecting Restart.
   • The updates are automatically installed during the restart and the notification is cleared from the utility tray.
