Add, delete and view bookmarked webpages in Firefox for Android

Bookmark pages so that you can easily visit them later.

Add a bookmark

  1. Open the web page.
  2. Tap the menu button. Settings icon - address bar - Fenix

  3. Tap Add next to Bookmarks.

Find existing bookmarks

To find an existing bookmark:

  1. Tap the menu button. Settings icon - address bar - Fenix

  2. Tap Bookmarks.
  3. Scroll to find the bookmark that you have saved. Tap it to open the page. Tip: You can open it in a new tab by tapping the three-dot menu and choosing to open it in a new tab or in a private tab.
Tip: If you visited a page and did not bookmark it but wish to open the page again, select the menu, then History to see the pages that you have visited. Select the page you wish to open to view it.

Remove a bookmark

  1. Tap the menu button. Settings icon - address bar - Fenix

  2. Tap Bookmarks and find the bookmark that you have saved.
  3. Tap the 3-dot menu next to the bookmark you want to remove.
  4. Tap Delete.

Edit or move a bookmark

To put a bookmark into an existing folder

  1. Tap the menu button. Settings icon - address bar - Fenix

  2. Tap Bookmarks to find the bookmark that you saved.
  3. Tap the three-dot menu next to the bookmark.
  4. Tap Edit.
  5. In the Folder section, tap one of the existing folders.
  6. Tap a few times the FirefoxPreview-Back-Icon arrow at the top of the screen until you return to browsing the web.

To move a bookmark to a new folder

  1. Tap the menu button. Settings icon - address bar - Fenix

  2. Tap Bookmarks to find the bookmark that you saved.
  3. Tap the three dots next to the bookmark.
  4. Tap Edit.
  5. Tap Folder.
  6. Tap the FirefoxPreview-Plus-Icon sign to create a new folder and enter a name for it when prompted.
  7. Tap the FirefoxPreview-OK-Icon sign to create the new folder. The bookmark will be moved into it.
  8. Tap the FirefoxPreview-Back-Icon arrow at the top of the screen a few times until you return to browsing the web.

Add a bookmark

  3. Tap the star Firefox Lite Bookmark icon to bookmark the page.
