You're promoting the new free VPN to me and I want it, but there is no way to access it from my toolbar or otherwise within my Firefox browser. Two questions: 1) why are you promoting this when it's apparently not available? and 2) how do I get it?

For quite some time now, I am unable to sign in to my account at CanadianTire.Ca I get an error. The signon process goes to CustomerAuth.Triangle.Ca for the email and password input. When I click "Sign In" the return message is a yellow triangle followed by the word "undefined" (see attached).

All other browsers I have (Brave, Chrome and Edge) can sign in without issue.

I noticed that other users have the exact same issue. I have tried all solutions I could find. The browser is up to date as of today (150.0.2 64 bit). I tried troubleshoot mode, clearing the cache, deleting cookies, history .... On the web site I turned off ETP for CanadianTire.Ca and CustomerAuth.Triangle.Com.

I have used Firefox since it was v0.93.

why is the icon even there or why does it have to disappear and then also change the tab size ?

1) if its there to enable you to play a tab in the background, then i want the option to switch the feature on or off (because i do not want to play anything in the background, atleast not via a 24/7 target practice with a mouse)

2) if its there to give you notice that there is a 'multimedia' tab open in your browser, then i want the icon to stay there and not dissapear plus change tab size...

like what is this even ? are we back in the 50s ?

I am unable to bookmark anything. Some suggestions are to open a new table then type about: profile and then hit restart. When I do that DuckDuck then searches profile.

I love that you ask us to be nice! I have one bumper sticker on my car and it says: Just Be Nice.

I'm stuck signing into VPN. My email address is shown when I click on VPN in the menu bar but there's no on/off toggle. I click Get Started, it says "Signed in Successfully! Next: Turn on VPN" — but there's no place to do this. It says "Go to the open panel" – what is an open panel? There's an x in a dark circle next to the VPN in the menu bar. It feels like a continuous loop and I'm getting nowhere – that I can tell.

Dear Firefox.

I've now got 2 VPNs. One's called Proxy VeePN (that's how it spells it!) and the other one's your new one.

Proxy VeePN lets me use Pandora Music. Your one doesn't. Pandora can tell I'm in England on your one, it can't with Proxy VeePN (it thinks I'm in Switzerland, pretty sure.)

Why doesn't your one work with Pandora? I haven't tried it with anything else yet but then I really only use a VPN for Pandora Music anyway. Sometimes there's a couple of American games I play, but mainly Pandora. Why is it Proxy VeePN works with Pandora and yours doesn't?

Chris, Windows 10 user cos I can't afford to buy a new computer that works with Windows 11 (I know there's a registry hack but I don't think this one's fast enough anyway, was designed for XP and tends to die a death with 10, let alone 11! Too slow. The computer, not its owner!)

attempted to reach this site in my Mac "https://www.copera.org/" and get this error in return. Works when on my iphone no problem. I have in the past been able to reach this site on this same computer so i dont know what has changed or how to fix this issue. Any help would be apprciated.

The latest version of Firefox 150.0.1 (64 bit) does not work correctly for Twitch.tv and Canadiantire.ca. I can't login to either. Is anyone else having similar problems?

First of all, I thank the great volunteers that have structured this great browser- Mozilla Firefox despite the persecutions from the giant Microsoft. I love Mozilla Firefox and I support it. I am of those who wrote petitions against Microsoft for undue negative manipulation of Mozilla Firefox. My petitions went to the European Union, Federal Trade Center, Independent Press Organization etc. The issue of my complaint about Mozilla Firefox is the non-functionality of Mozilla Firefox's Bookmark and History: The bookmark and History has had problem for a long-time. Most people who use Firefox admire the Bookmark and History. Once you open your computer window, on the left of the window, there is a list of your bookmark and you do not struggle to search for your favorite bookmark as in Microsoft Edge or Google It is there on your left. It is the gold standard of structuring a browser. No browser can compete with Mozilla Firefox in this respect. This is the reason Mozilla Firefox remains one of the best browsers ever. If it is Microsoft or any other group, they would have rushed to mend this defect. I know that Mozilla is made up of volunteers. Could any of the engineering volunteers see what I am saying?

Before the update, I could use "cmd+shift+[number]" to open a new container tab. Now, nothing works. "cmd+t" opens a tab with "no container", which is completely different.

I already tried going to "about:keyboard", but opening a new container tab isn't even listed as an option.

Anyone else had problems the last two weeks with performance? I'm on a macbook (Tahoe 26.3.1) and in the last two weeks tabs are constantly crashing or freezing. I have never had this before. It's doing my head in and I'm about to make the painful move over to Chrome if nobody has any ideas how to fix it?! I don't want to do that as all my bookmarks etc are set up on Firefox...

I keep getting this message at the top of each site I go to: "You must log in to this network before you can access the Internet" It thinks I'm on a captive portal?? I'm at home on my own internet network. Why am I getting this message?

I was getting popping in audio both in Smplayer & videos on other sites. I discovered the problem went away completely when I closed the X tab. When it was open, I noticed another glitch. I keep a small video windows to keep track of my sleep time. The elapsed time is displayed on them. Only when X was open it was throwing it off by about 3 seconds a minute. I closed it in Firefox & signed onto X on Chrome & all these problems went away. This is the only web site that has ever done anything like this. What is Firefox's problem with X?

How do I update Firefox on my rand McNally tablet When I factory reset it ,it went back to the original version and I can't get it to update to the version I had beforehand
