How can I view tabs and bookmarks from a different computer?

I'd like to be able to use my desktop's tabs (and tab groups) and bookmarks from my laptop, but without merging/syncing everything together. I read about Firefox Sync and I didn't find much information, just that everything will be the same on both computers. Is it possible to keep things separate but still have access? Basically just be able to view and close/delete tabs and bookmarks remotely.

Thanks!

You would need to sync your bookmarks and tabs to be able to see them on a different device. You wouldn't need to sync anything else.

You can click the Sync Options button in "Firefox > Preferences > Sync" to select what to Sync.

But will they merge the bookmarks and tabs together? I want to keep them separate but be able to access them.

Bookmarks will be merged, while tabs will be separated into specific device folders.

Thanks. However not all tabs synced - is there a maximum number of tabs that are synced? The space used is only ~45kb. I have different tab groups and it appears that only a random selection of tabs from different tab groups are synced.
