firefox is dumped whwn downloade to windiws pc via IE browser. you know this happens, why no fix?
IE is stopping browser upgrade to firefox or other like Safari. when you press download and save it does not appear caise IE prevent the download. my other comp is a Mac so it wont down load it cause its not correct for the machine. i was hoping to load it to a stick to carry it onto my PC that way. you must be losing lots of customers due to this IE tactic.

Probably an issue with your security zone setting in Windows or an anti-virus application.
You can use your Mac to download a Windows version of Firefox from here:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
