Firefox 7.01 gives me an error message that it is still running, for about 30 seconds, after I restart firefox when having over 5 tabs in use. This is very irritating. Is this a known problem? If not what can I do to fix it?

Firefox 7.01 gives me an error message that it is still running, for about 30 seconds, after I restart firefox when having over 5 tabs in use. This is very irritating. Is this a known problem? If not what can I do to fix it? I am running Windows 7.
