some of my Emails do not fully open. How can I correct this?
Certain Emails do not fully open, ie Lord & Taylor, Hallmark, Maryland Shoes and several others. They will open in IE and Chrome but I would prefer to keep using Mozilla Foxfire.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
If your problem is with Mozilla Thunderbird, see this forum for support.

My service provider thought I might have to re-download Foxfire since I do not have that problem with other service providers. How do I do that?
