Then, @ the top right side of the contacts interface, you'll see an "export" option. Click this and choose whether to export ALL contacts, "my contacts" (or most contacted). Choose Google CSV if you're transferring to another Gmail account, then export, and be sure to save the file where you can find it from your new account. Now log in to your new Gmail account, go to "contacts" again, and choose "import" Browse to the "csv" file you just saved Decide if you want the contacts in a new group then click import, and enter the name of the new group if you chose this.
