i woke up this morning to a foreign toolbar on my screen. it appears to be russian - it has a facebook link, skype link, you tube link, some sort of media player link and a weather link on it. it is called rockholmi.ru

i have looked everywhere to get rid of it, but can't find a way to delete it. please, can someone help me?? Thanks

i have read that post and followed those steps.........but i see nothing that is referenced in that post. there isnt anything in the extentions, or in the program files. i dont know where to go from here.
