"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now" "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

This is the forum to ask Firefox support questions. That site tries to download a file on your computer when you visit it. Its not just you.
