You can only block these four about page via a policy.
BlockAboutAddons Block access to the Add-ons Manager (about:addons). BlockAboutConfig Block access to about:config. BlockAboutProfiles Block access to About Profiles (about:profiles). BlockAboutSupport Block access to Troubleshooting Information (about:support).
If you want to prevent making changes to specific settings, you need to lock each of them. See Preferrences.
