Hi, are you able to use the Microsoft Edge browser with your bank's website? That would be a good test of whether there is a problem with your login, or the bank's site is not fully compatible with Firefox.
If you don't use Edge regularly, you can type edge in the Windows 10 search box and it should be the first suggested result. Here's what that looks like (your search box might be on the Start menu instead of the Taskbar, depending on how you set it up).
