For the native notifications you have to set "alerts.useSystemBackend" in about:config to true.

I am talking about the version that is available in the Microsoft Store (MSIX Package) and not the installer version. You are using Windows 7, that means that you are not able to use the MS Store. (https://blog.mozilla.org/en/products/firefox/firefox-the-first-major-browser-to-be-available-in-the-windows-store/)

Yeah, I updated my Win10 laptop to Win 11.
