Options>General>Files and Applications>Downloads - How do I set a download to "open with"?
When downloading files in Firefox, I only receive the option to "Save", but I also want the option to "Open" or "Open With". How am I able to get that option?

For some files like executable files you can only save the file for security reasons and not open (run) the file.
You can't directly create new entries manually in Applications, but you can create a new action if the server sends the file with a valid MIME type (content-type) by placing a tick to do this automatically. If the server sends the file with a generic file type like "application/octet-stream" or send the file as content-disposition then you won't be able to create an action (rule) that is stored in handlers.json and shown in "Options/Preferences -> General -> Applications".

Adding download actions
When you click on a link for a type of file that doesn't have a set content type and download action, Firefox will ask you how to handle the file:

Thanks for the reply though!
