My system is an iMac Pro with two smaller resolution secondary monitors. When FireFox is run on one of the smaller resolution monitors all drop-down lists present all the day but will only scroll through some of the data. Placing FireFox on the iMac Pro's built in high resolution display allows the drop-downs to render correctly. This issue is not seen with browsers based on Webkit or Blink.

Also impacted by the render issue are the control's for tab only respond to interaction on the bottom quarter.

The system is a iMacPro1,1 running MacOS Catalina 10.15.1 beta (19B77a), and FireFox is 70.0 of the beta update channel. The secondary monitors are 1920x1080
