Since Firefox was forcefully updated to 68.0 and higher nothing works. It’s so “SECURE” now not even the owner of the PC can access the web. I cannot check my email; I cannot do any online shopping etc. I already downloaded and installed Opera browser. If someone knows how to do the settings so Firefox works again that would be nice otherwise I will be forced to just use other browsers

Hi, fyi : Windows10 force updates the whole Operating System This can possibly explain the issue to you. The owner has installed these Privacy Extensions/addons :

  • Ad-Blocker 4.0.0 ({b89efd87-232e-4829-87d2-22148919d72f})
  • Facebook Container 2.0.1 (@contain-facebook)
  • Ghostery – Privacy Ad Blocker 8.3.4 (firefox@ghostery.com)
  • Privacy Badger 2019.7.1.1 (jid1-MnnxcxisBPnSXQ@jetpack)

Suggest Disable below and enable it as needed as it is very strong and possibly the issue.

Suggest picking one that does the job and Remove the rest of the downloaders :
