Can I access the history of a filled out application?
I filled out an online application and submitted it a couple days ago. Is there a way to go back to that filled out application on firefox and check to see if I need to make any changes

That depends alot on how your Privacy&Security settings are configured on you Options. There is no way to go back on online app unless the apps is still active on the site. Then will you be able to refill it-assuming it wasn't submitted already or the site clears filled forms.
3 Bar Menu or Short Cut to Bookmarks and Open History, will be in there some where. Though since it is a form, I doubt the info will be in it as has been submitted.
