I get an immediate crash and Crash Reporter pop-up even after refreshing Firefox, and it also occurs in Safe Mode. The most recent report is - Crash ID: bp-2df0c291-1b30-484f-b1a6-d19e42170131 The first reported crash occurred yesterday - Crash ID: bp-5325552c-709e-4a36-8ead-beb642170130 Can you recommend a next step?

hi PM_Paul, thanks for providing a crash id. unfortunately this crash is caused by the websense/forcepoint security software that is running on your device.

i presume that's in a corporate environment - please get in contact with your it department to make sure that websense is fully up to date, as it has the tendency to crash newly released firefox versions until they adapt accordingly.

another option would be to install an esr version of firefox: Old versions of Websense cause startup crashes in Firefox
