I can frequently produce orange box "Urgent - Update Firefox" by clicking https://weather.com/weather/today/l/34242:4:US and Weather in Motion
While searching for a solution to the "orange box Urgent Update" problem I noticed Firefox wanted to know if a user could duplicate the problem on a recurring basis. Hence the above in the hope it will help.

FredMcD, this is not caused by adware or malware on Windows. This is is a malicious Ad that can target some Firefox users on Windows.
