Disable / update McAfee SiteAdvisor Issues have been previously linked to the McAfee Site Advisor extension. Try to disable it and see if the problem persists.

To disable it: Type "about:addons" in the Location bar Find the extension and click on its "Disable" button

This could be a problem with the Nvidia's Network Access Manager (nvappfilter.dll/nvlsp.dll). You can check in the the Windows Control Panel if you can find "NVIDIA Network Access Manager" or "NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager" and uninstall this software.
