I was with fire fox and then for some reason it disapeared i am trying to re install but keeps rejecting my origina e mail adress and pass word

You don't need to input an email address and password to be able to install or to use Firefox. Please explain (or provide a screenshot) of where you are seeing that email address and password "form".


See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
