I did a restore on my computer and it deleted Thunderbird and when I re-installed Thunder bird it restored my saved messages but not my contacts list. Is there a way to retrieve them?

set windows to show hidden files and folders then search for MAB files. if you have more than one abook.mab file there is hope. Post your results.
