I have an online server and i can't send emails from it! I receive error 554 5.7 .
I have an API that needs to send emails of confirmation from an online server, I had problems making it work so I've installed Mozilla Thunderbird to connect on this e-mail as I do from my local desktop. On my local desktop it works but from the server it doesn't. I receive this error : An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 554 5.7.1 <unknown[92.114.33.25]>: Client host rejected: Access denied.
Please check the message recipient "robert.mihai@arctos-innovation.ro" and try again.
I need your help! -Robert

554. 5.7.1 means 'Not allowed'.
The address in MAIL FROM (your email address) probably does not have authentication to send via the SMTP outgoing server you have selected to use.
Often this occurs when you are trying to relay via a server that does not allow that particular email address or you have not set up the outgoing server SMTP Authentication Method to use Normal Password.
