How do I make the dark theme actually dark in all areas?

After I installed the 57 version I was really disappointed about the "dark" theme since the only dark area was the tab. Which is not dark at all. It simply hurts my eyes to look at such a bright browser, especially in the dark. Is there any way to make Firefox really completely dark?

There was another post before (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1192351#answer-1043824), however I was confused as to what to do. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, next release coming in weeks of Windows 10 will accomplish more but you can do this now and go to Win10 Settings --> Personalization --> Colours and choose the blackest which will be darker in next release as Firefox will use some of that.

For Firefox you can use a userChrome.css like this one :
