Well, I've ran avast free anti virus- says there's no virus found. I have the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it seems I'm ok there too. I never use the duplicate firefox icon.. when I hover over it, it says "Opens Your Internet Browser" when I hover over what I perceive to be your official Mozilla Firefox Icon, it says " Location: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox Don't understand what's going on. Also, one day not only did that happen, but I can't use the right click copy function of photos inside the window pic & fax viewer. Even, when I scan my photos, instead of being able to right click copy my photo, it only copies the scanned photo folder. So then I only get a duplicate folder with the picture, instead of being able to use the right click copy feature from the original photo folder. What's going on? Also, all my document files are listed vertically like 2 parallel lines instead of horizontally-- I never changed any of that.. this is all very strange. I have a very small family, no kids, and none of us get on any strange websites. Would you please explain what's happening, and is there a downloadable fix for this and even if you don't have one, would you please recommend something, or a free website that could help me for someone who's computer repair illiterate? I'm broke, and I don't have money to take my computer in for repair-- this is true- no joke, and this is the computer. Sincerely, Nichole
