Flash Works then doesn't

I have just updated FF and it seems I have also done flash. However now I cannot watch anything flash related (youtube bbc iplayer) and in particular a video I have been saving for about 3 months to watch which is now bugging me.

However reinstalling flash/shockwave etc. or installing and reinstalling does not fix this . curiously when going on to the official "test pages" from adobe they work as soon as I leave to watch any flash it will not.

is there a fix? It seem to be a current issue between FF and flash looking on the other questions

I should say that youtube and bbci player now work .. now idea what I did. However http://www.imheremovie.com/ is still refusing.
