Firefox not remembering tabs, passwords or signed in tabs

I did not update or fix firefox for these issues to start happening. after troubleshooting, I have reinstalled firefox and reset my settings, but firefox will still not remember my tabs when I close, will not suggest my accounts and passwords when I login, and will log out of my accounts when I close instead of staying open.
