couldnt open firefox

I currently installed firefox but when I try to open it it shows a missing of the profile which I searched and the article said to make another profile by using window + r and I did but when I click on start firefox it shows an unexpected error prevented you to save changes and I searched abt this but this has no answer that is in my favour so can you help it would be great
