SMTP fails to connect
SMTP connection failed, appaently without any changes made by me - neither Port 587+STARTTLS, nor Port 465+SSL/TLS succeed in making a connection - both are suggested by IONOS.
I am at a complete loss as to how to fix this failure and have tried many settings: now very frustrated by previously my very excellent email client...

I don't see any issue codes... As soon as I have pressed Send, this message (image 1) comes on screen.
I then see image 2.
(Running Thunderbird 91.8.0 (64-bit) on Win 10 Home 21H2)
