Compact trash messages pop up many times each day. I check the box but it does not activate. CAUSE: truncated dialog due to screen scaling.

It's not security related.
Do you click "proceed" after marking the checkbox?
I do not see the option to click PROCEED. Please advise where to find it. It is not in the POP UP Box.
You need to help me help you - because I have no idea what you are seeing if you don't see a "proceed" button as in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1317882#answer-1377567
The box does NOT contain an option to PROCEED. Could something be blocking it? Can I set it up to Proceed in options?

Issue was that POP UP box cut off the proceed button. I maximized and then pressed proceed.

But I don't understand how you could correct this. The pop up dialog is a fixed size, so you shouldn't be able to "maximize" it.
Did you have screen scaling enabled in Windows??
Yes. I just turned screen scaling off.
I was able to maximize the window by using PAINT.
