In Lightning, how can I change the default event start time?
When we setup up a new event, the start time comes up as 20:00h. How can we setup a different value for that time, e.g. 09:00h, so that when we create a new event it will already come up pre-filled with that value?

The start time should appear as the next hour after the current time, if you have the Timezone set correctly in calendar Options. I don't think there's a way to set a default start time, only a default duration.
Wow, that is excellent & quick support, thanks!
I see, it is like a "rolling" default dependent on the current time. Still, in case we routinely would need to setup a number of events all starting, say, at 08:00h on various dates, it would be more efficient to have a user-defined default start time... and default end-time (or default duration), even.
If you create an event with a specified start and duration, it can be copied and pasted onto other days with Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V (see picture). That might work with events that are essentially the same except for the date.

Good to know, that will be helpful.
I would also suggest opening a ticket at Bugzilla with this as a feature request.
My problem is that the start time/date dialog box is greyed out, so I cannot untick or change it in any way. So all new events are due now and start reminders immediately.
I am using loightbox. is there a way to un-gray the start time settings?
