I found a solution that makes progress "Start->Run->services.msc Go to Windows Audio->Right Click-> Properties Toggle Start/Stop" However skipping into a video on YouTube, the audio dies. The audio works everywhere else. The audio does not show up in the EarTrumpet mixer, however will show up in the regular mixer.

It looks like now, when the audio cuts off, it will turn back on for a little bit then stop again

I've tested basically all the solutions on the community support? Does anyone else have any solutions?
