Cant connect to server
I have no idea what happened. I leave on vacation, and I come back and nothing works. I assume someone tried to get too helpful and made things worse. I don't have enough experience to find out what is wrong! Can someone tell me why I cannot connect to any of the mailboxes we have?? Here is my troubleshooting information.
It worked fine before I left (10/23) and now, nothing.

Start by contacting your provider for their current server settings and then fix yours. They are all over the place. Some are set for no connection security and some are Starttls. Some accounts have plain password and some are set to encrypted.
It looks like your domain is hosted by networksolutions.com, and their recommended settings are: incoming IMAP server mail.livingrightsleepcity.com on port 143, STARTTLS security, authentication = normal password, User name = email address; outgoing SMTP server mail.livingrightsleepcity.com on port 587, STARTTLS security, authentication = normal password, User name = email address.

Open Tools/Account Settings and make the necessary changes in Server Settings, and Outgoing Server (SMTP) at the bottom left, for all the listed servers.
